Coach Heidi tells us how she stays fit outside the gym!

Fitness doesn’t only have to take place at 2020 Fitness, it can continue throughout your day. I like to challenge myself to find ways to stay fit outside the gym. Paddle boarding 🚣‍♀️, running with my dog Hank 🐾, and playing tag with my daughters at the park, are a few ways that I can move more. Not only that, these are activities that I enjoy doing. There are so many things that can fill up your schedule, take time to be active and enjoy it!
