"I just wanted to thank you for all the great results that I have accomplished in the past six months.

As an avid cyclist, I was scheduled to ride in an organized gravel road ride out of Lawrence the first weekend of April. Looking at the miles I had log in since January 1, I was not even close to the average of 150 miles per week that I normally would ride from the start of the new year, I was averaging closer to 70 miles per week.

So I got up that morning and decided that considering all the hard work I had put into CrossFit, I was going to attempt the ride. To my surprise I was able to complete the 66 mile ride with minimal painful consequences. First and foremost, I felt so much stronger on the bike I was never really struggling and not in the “survival mode.” When I finished I did not feel like I had to lay down and take a nap. I also noticed, that I was more “organized” on the bike, sitting up, relaxing my upper torso and allowing my legs and gluteus to do the work. 

Just wanted to share my quick story for anyone else that is considering CrossFit, 2020 has given me a new insight on the art of exercise, and I personally think that the team at 2020 are the Leonardo DaVinci of modern day exercise philosophy."
