Being 2020 was created with the realization that between kids, work, and all of life's obligations, many of us lack the time and resources to commit to a standard monthly training regimen. Additionally we lack the knowledge, coaching & motivation to train on our own. What we all have in common, however, is the desire to be healthier, feel better, and become better versions of ourselves.
