Talk about getting me over the hump! I’ve been dealing with some pain
in my knee and low back for years. The pain had been with me so long
that I had named it the "catch in my giddy-up!" I was completely
unaware of how much it was truly affecting my daily life and my
workouts. In one thirty-minute session, Jeremy was able to pinpoint my
imbalances and figure out what was causing the pain. He assigned some
short maintenance stretches and exercises and literally the "catch in
my giddy-up" has been gone ever since! I have had pain free workouts
and have been able to push myself more. I can run up and down the
stairs and hop up off the floor after playing with my kids and never
