Providing for our clients health and safety has been, and will always be our priority. As we navigate these times we want to call out what we're doing to keep you safe:

  • Restricted access to the facility  (10% occupancy max)

  • Online reservations required

  • One way traffic with designated entrance and exits for each room

  • Private training spaces measuring 12x12' with a 6' buffer

  • Equipment provided & sanitized before and after training

  • All training plans include online classes via Zoom


The foundation of everything we do is functional movement. Our Fitness program is composed of 3 primary components: Strength, conditioning & mobility. It is the most complete program we offer and designed to maximize your time by improving your fitness as well as your flexibility.
